The weather is finally starting to shape up and we will be seeing green soon! We have a few fun things lined up in the upcoming months here at the Quilt Peddler.

Antique Mini Quilt Roadshow - April 27th and 28th

Wanting to take a road trip? Let us do the work for you! Visit 8 shops and collect 8 unique patterns and eight fat eighths of reproduction fabrics. $159 plus tax per hopper includes coach bus, meals, and hotel accommodations.(Single rooms available for an additional $50) There is a $75 deposit upon registration.

Very Beginner Quilt Class
If you or someone you know wants to learn how to quilt or brush up on techniques, this class would be great. Instructor Diane Reuter starts from the very beginning with terminology and reading a pattern then takes you through cutting, piecing, quilting with plenty of tips and tricks along the way. The class will be held April 16, April 23, April 30, and May 7 from 9 AM - 12 PM.

Foundation Paper Piecing
Mondays in May, Jean Fuller will be instructing a Foundation Paper Piecing Class. This class is geared towards all sewers from confident beginners and will cover everything you need to know to be successful at paper piecing. This class will be held May 6th, 13th, and 20th from 1 PM - 4 PM.

Wisconsin State Shop Hop
The 8th annual Wisconsin Shop Hop will start June 7th and go through June 29th. This is an awesome excuse to travel all over the state to visit different shops and enter for a chance to win prizes at each participating shop. Lisa Bongean of Primitive Gatherings designed a line specifically for the Wisconsin Quilt Shop Hop which you can see at the Wisconsin Shop Hop website along with other details about prizes and participating shops.
